Does anyone do bankruptcy free- I have only part time work and need to file asap?

Make an appointment with a bankruptcy attorney. Most offer one free appointment to assess your situation and advise you of your options. Talk to the bankruptcy attorney about your inability to pay while you are at that appointment. This is not an unusual situation, and many bankruptcy attorneys have options to offer people in your position.

Don’t expect somebody to do something complicated for free.
